Accessing your computer remotely by using LogMeIn

With the help of an application called LogMeIn, you can now access your home computer from anywhere you have internet connection. Just follow the steps below to get started.


NOTE: Perform these steps using both your home computer (or any computer that you want to access remotely) and your school computer (or any computer that you will use to access your remote computer):

1. Go to LogMeIn Free Home Page.
2. Click "Create an account" link.
3. Complete the Signup Form and click "Continue" button.
4. Click "Add this computer" button.
5. Select the LogMeIn Free radio button and click "Continue."
6. Click "Install LogMeIn" button.
7. An installation dialog box will pop up. Click "Save File" and follow the instructions straightforwardly.
8. After installation, check if your computer has been included in your list of computers.
9. To complete the registration process, check your mailbox and open the verification email sent by LogMeIn. Verify your email address by clicking the verification link found inside the email.
