TeamViewer QuickSupport
TeamViewer QuickSupport enables IT Helpdesk to gain access and control to your computer for remote technical support. It is secure, and requires the remote party's TeamViewer ID and password in order to start a remote connection.
Adobe Flash
Formerly called Macromedia Flash until Macromedia was acquired by Adobe Inc., Adobe Flash is a rich multimedia application that allows you to view videos, animations and websites in .swf (Shockwave File), .flv (Flash Video) or other Flash-compatible content both on the web or locally on your drive.
Adobe Reader
Adobe Reader, or Adobe Acrobat Reader, allows you to open and print PDF files. For Mac users, another application called 'Preview' can also be used to open PDF files.
