For urgent IT assistance and requests, we highly recommend you to:

We can resolve most of your common computer issues and requests over the phone. We can also provide assistance on password resets and software applications through the hotline. You can reach us through our IT Helpdesk Hotline number 1 888 ITIT 123 (1 888 4848 123) or extension 1020 within Cristo Rey Jesuit HS campus. We are available daily from Mondays to Fridays to answer your calls. For issues and concerns related to Google Apps, you can call Sheepdog (our 24x7 Google Docs consultant) at 888 807 5765.

Alternatively, in the event that all IT Helpdesk agents are engaged in a call and the Hotline is unavailable, or if you are in the middle of a class and cannot start a call right away, you can request real time assistance through our new web-based IT Chat Support. To start a chat conversation, simply start a session by using the built-in chat interface on the right hand side of any IT Department page. Reliable and fast web-based chat facility is powered by Yahoo! Messenger.
For less urgent IT assistance and requests, you may also try the following options:

You can send electronic mail to us on a 24/7 basis. On weekdays, we usually respond to your email within 24 hours from the time your email was received. On weekends, we respond to your email no later than the following Tuesday.
- WALK-IN
For hardware or software issues that were not resolved remotely, by phone or chat support, you may visit the IT Department Headquarters. Our office is open daily from Mondays to Fridays.
